On behalf of our client, a leader in a fast-paced and innovative manufacturing environment, we are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Inventory Coordinator II to join their Supply Chain department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of thousands of components for just-in-time production. You will be a key player in supporting the operations teams to achieve their daily and weekly targets, ensuring the right parts are delivered to the right place at the right time. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Inventory & Logistics.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Inventory & Stock Control: Maintaining high stock point accuracy by completing the daily cycle counting program. You will investigate and resolve any discrepancies to ensure the company's ERP system (LN) accurately reflects all stock movements.

  • Goods Management: Receiving and receipting all inwards goods on a strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) basis to ensure proper stock rotation.

  • Production Support: Delivering components and production kits accurately and on time according to production plans and priorities. You will also be responsible for supplying Kanban materials to the shop floor to sustain production.

  • Warehouse Organisation: Keeping the warehouse tidy and orderly in accordance with 5S principles.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other teams to relieve bottlenecks and handling walk-up inquiries with a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Have:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.

  • A strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

  • The proven ability to work productively without direct supervision, using a methodical and systematic approach.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships in a demanding, customer-focused environment.

  • Experience working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, with the flexibility to handle multiple projects.

  • A reliable and proactive attitude, with a willingness to work extra hours when required.

Experience in the following areas would be highly advantageous:
  • 2+ years in a stores environment, managing both inwards and outwards goods.

  • Hands-on experience with stock management and quality control processes.

  • 2+ years of experience within the manufacturing, automotive, or aviation industries.
